Crime web series 'Apharan 2' is for those viewers who are addicted to watching all the spices of crime series. Ekta Kapoor, who has been showcasing the stories of Saas Bahu, has a new audience of pulp literature readers who are now accustomed to seeing captivating stories and true stories on screen. Abuse has become commonplace in such stories. This new cocktail of crime series is exactly Manmohan Desai type drama. And, in the web series 'Apharan 2', from beginning to end, the matter seems to be running in a special way. Since the pressure is to make a sequel to a popular web series, then the matter is trying to keep a little larger than life from the beginning. Just watch it on Smart TV with care because the case is 18 plus.

Story:  Arunoday Singh is a strong actor. He has also done everything to become a hero on screen. This time he is telling his own story. Those who watched the previous season know his Haridwar ki Ram story. This time the story is going abroad. The reason is to catch a famous criminal. Arunoday's name is Rudra in the series. Ajay Devgan is also doing a separate series named Rudra. Both are policemen. But Rudra of the web series 'Apharan 2' is derived from the stories of Anurag Kashyap. Bulk abuses. Himself too. By the end of her last season, in which trap has the wife been caught, the audience has already seen. This time the story of both is a bit more violent. But, this time the real mission is to nab BBS i.e. Bikram Bahadur Shah.

The story of the web series 'Apharan 2' stretches for 11 episodes. Stretched because from beginning to end, the pressure of making a sequel of a popular series is clearly visible in it. If the second season should look bigger than the first season, then the drone camera also flies a lot. Ekta Kapoor, who is becoming the content queen of adult-only stories, has the web series 'Apharan 2' fit for the new generation audience. It has everything that family entertainment stories don't usually have. Director Santosh Singh has worked freely and has not shied away from the scenes which are not needed in the story.

In the case of actors, this series is once again like Arunoday Singh's Shoreel. The legacy that Arunoday comes from has given him plenty of opportunities in the Hindi entertainment world, but in front of the camera, the legacy is less and the artistry is more useful. Like every character, Arunoday works hard to become Rudra. His weakness is just that acting doesn't come easily to his face. Nidhi Singh has her own blueprint. She uses the same colors and attitudes again and again, which she has become used to. Yes, Snehil Dixit and Sanand Verma leave their mark again. Sukhmani Sadana is the surprise of this season. Jeetendra Kapoor has come in front of the camera after a long time, but watching this series in the midst of watching him can be a wrong decision.

Review: Technically, the web series 'Apharan 2' does not affect much. Frequent use of slow motion weakens the series. The script of the series is also not tight. Varun Badola maintains the tempo of the series with his dialogues by using the abuses he has heard throughout his life, but after a certain point, it also seems absurd. They should refrain from body shaming and apartheid dialogues. In the new era, such dialogues do not fit even the new generation. It takes a lot of patience to watch the first three episodes of the second season. If you have overcome this challenge, then even if you fast forward and watch the rest of the episodes, it will not make much difference. Only Ekta Kapoor can think of such use of old film songs.
